What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with account needs, service requests, billing questions, and solutions that create a positive experience. You will handle inbound calls, support customer retention through outstanding service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Assist customers with service requests, account updates, and issue resolution
  • Provide quotes and set up new customer accounts
  • Retain customers by offering solutions and alternatives when concerns arise
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
  • Meet performance goals for response time, productivity, and service quality

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism
